Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, weight, and the delivery methods available for your order.
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding UK bank holidays). Most in-stock titles ship within approximately 48 hours.
Some titles may require printing to fulfil an order; this typically takes 7–10 days. If printing or stock availability is likely to cause a significant delay, we will contact you.
Orders containing forthcoming titles will ship upon release. Mixed orders are normally consolidated unless you request separate shipments.
Depending on your delivery address and title availability, orders may be shipped from one of the following fulfilment locations:
Some titles always ship from the UK and may therefore be subject to local import or customs charges. These titles are flagged on their individual product pages.

Most courier shipments include tracking, which will be provided where available. Standard, untracked postal services may be used for certain destinations and lightweight orders where appropriate.
Some destinations, including EU countries, may apply local VAT or customs clearance fees to imported books. These charges are applied by the local courier or postal service and are the responsibility of the customer.
Depending on fulfilment location, your order may or may not pass through customs. If no charges are collected at the border, customers remain responsible for any local tax obligations that may apply.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel and refund it in full.
If the order has already been dispatched, you may return it at your own expense for a refund of the cost of the books. Damaged or faulty books will be replaced (where available) or refunded, and return postage for damaged/faulty items will be reimbursed.
All refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
